PLTCOL JOEL DUMAR, Deputy Provincial Director for Operations of Abra Police Provincial Office (PPO), conducted Boat Patrol along Calaba River, Brgy. Calaba, Bangued,  Abra on the afternoon of April 6, 2023.

PLTCOL DUMAR was accompanied by police officers from the 1504th Maneuver Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15 (RMFB15) and other personnel from Abra PPO

The boat patrols are being conducted as preventive measures to ensure the safety and security of the public, especially this  Holy Week and summer vacation when many people visit the river for a picnic. (PROCOR-PIO / File Photos)
