Tribute to 1990 Earthquake.

The Silahis ng Pasko represented by Fritz Gerald Padilla led the “Tribute to the 1990 Earthquake Heroes and Dedication to the Frontliners” at the Shrine of the Brown Madonna, Km. 7, Sitio Pacac, Tadiangan, Tuba, Benguet. RCSU Cordillera Cheif  PLTCOL Romeo Balubal, JR, Lt. Col, Rex Bolo (SC) PA Director of Community Defense Center, Maj. Luther Ngayodan, Commanding Officer of the 1401st (Benguet) Ready Reserve Battalion, Representative from the Philippine Society for Industrial Security International, Inc., Baguio City Fire station represented by SFO4 Bernard Bravo and Barangay Officials of Tadiangan Barangay and the City Government of Baguio represented by Ms. Betty Fangasan of the City Social Welfare Office are present at the activity.   Photos by Neil Clark Ongchangco
