Top PNP PRO-CAR Officials conducted an ocular inspection and maintained public safety and security during the Panagbenga Festival

Just moments before the vibrant Grand Street Parade kicked off the Panagbenga Festival 2025, Police Regional Office Cordillera Administrative Region (PRO CAR) Regional Director, PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR, and the Deputy Regional Director for Operations, PCOL JULIO S LIZARDO conducted an ocular inspection along Session Road to ensure security readiness.
During the inspection, PBGEN PEREDO, JR, and PCOL LIZARDO were briefed by Baguio City Police Office City Director, PCOL RUEL D TAGEL regarding the current deployment plan. Subsequently, the trio actively engaged with police officers on the ground, ensuring their preparedness and understanding of their roles in maintaining public safety and security during the parade.
PBGEN PEREDO, JR. emphasized the importance of their presence in safeguarding the thousands of visitors, tourists, and participants enjoying the festivities. His oversight included assessing the strategic positioning of personnel and resources to maximize effectiveness.
