To do for others: RMFB15 Force Commander celebrates his 48th Birthday with the community
“I feel more blessed to give than to receive”, said PCOL JOSHUA F ALEJANDRO, as he celebrate his birthday with the residents of Brgy. Dalupirip, Itogon.
Instead of the usual get-together celebrations, PCOL JOSHUA F ALEJANDRO, RMFB15 Force Commander, celebrated his 48th Birthday by giving extra treats to the residents of the said barangay.
To make his birthday extra special, PCOL ALEJANDRO treated the children with jolly meals from the famous fast-food chain to bring joy amidst the challenges brought by the Covid-19 Pandemic where children are at times not allowed to go out.
Also, RMFB15 together with the 2nd Benguet Provincial Mobile Force Company distributed free vegetables to the residents.
In a statement, PCOL ALEJANDRO said that he is hoping that the activity will create an impact, especially on these young children.
“Birthdays are a time to celebrate with friends, family, and loved ones but these are also the perfect time to serve our community” he added.
Among the nine (9) Barangays of Itogon, Brgy. Dalupirip is considered one of the geographically isolated areas, police officers have to travel for almost two hours to reach the area. (PROCOR-PIO)
