Stephen “The Sniper” Loman of Team Lakay was recognized for winning via unanimous decision against Bibiano Fernandez during the One Fight Night 4 held at Singapore Indoor Stadium last November 19, 2022.

Mr. Loman’s achievements prove that Baguio city is one of the homes of a world-class athlete giving pride and honor to the city and to the whole country.

City officials led by Mayor Benjamin Magalong handed over the resolution to Mr. Loman during the regular Monday Flag raising ceremony at the city hall grounds. MTE/NCO
