TEACHERS DAY WITH THE ELDERLY

The Department of Education Cordillera celebrated Teachers’ Day with the senior citizen teachers from the different provinces at El Cielito Inn on October 3, 2024. The teachers spent 2 days in Baguio. On the first day, representatives from the Senior Citizen Association, GSIS, and PAG-IBIG Fund will share updates and benefits for the teachers. Mayor Benjamin Magalong shared his personal experience during his student days and highlighted the impact of teachers on the students.
