TAGASANAY AWARD

Noriel K. Ramos was congratulated and commended by the city government of Baguio represented by Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan with members of the city council last October 24, 2022, at the Baguio city hall multipurpose hall. He was the overall champion in the 2022 National Tagasanay Award by the Technical Education and Skill Development Authority (TESDA). Mr. Ramos is a Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TCET) trainer in machining, Computerized Numerically Controlled (CNC lathe and milling machine operations and also extending services and expertise in electronics, technical drafting and IT related qualifications.  Photos by Neil Clark Ongchangco
