SM Group of Companies initiated a vaccination program for 405 employees
Baguio City – (August 14, 2021) – Maayos at tagumpay ang isinagawang pagbabakuna ng halos nasa 405 na empleyado ng SM City of Baguio. Sinimulan ang registration kaninang umaga ng alas otso na ginanap sa Basement Level 1, New Parking Building Annex.
Ang pagbabakuna ay mula sa SM Group of companies nagpasimula rito ang SM Group of companies, naging kalmado lang ang mga empleyado na sumunod sa mga pag proseso ng pagbabakuna.
Ang Reception, Health Education & Registration area, Health Screening at counseling, vaccination area at ang observation area.
Ayon kay SM City Baguio Mall Manager Rona Vida Correa, “We have our program for the vaccination of all our affiliates employees and affiliates comprises of companies under the SM group, we have the Department Store, Food group like the Supermarket, Savemore, Watsons, Ace Hardware, SM Appliance and many more affiliates under SM Group of companies. We are targeting 405 to be vaccinated this is the first dose of the Astra Zenica vaccine and the next dose will be in November for the second dose. Our screening process the protocol here is to register first, then they will screen kung viable sila for vaccination, then after that, they will go for vaccination and also be evaluated after at kung nahihilo sila, we have our medical group under 911 Baguio, “thank you for their help talaga that they are here at sila na ang mag-evaluate, kung may nahihilo ay hindi natin sila isi-send home agad, then we will also report sa City Health Office. Yesterday, we have just audit for all tenants here in SM we’re already around 64 percent vaccinated under the LGU so, pag idinagdag natin ito will be targeting nasa 75 percent na tayo so, yun hindi pa naba vaccine mostly ay yun mga pregnant at yun may mga comorbidities na hindi pa na clear, pero we really targeting na mag 100 percent,” pagtatapos ni Correa
Sa panayam naman ng Filipino News Sentinel sa isang sales lady ng Department Store, “Bilang empleyado, ay kami ang madalas na humaharap sa mga kostumer kaya kailangan namin ang pag iingat, kaya pasalamat kami sa Group of companies ng SM nabigyan kami ng libreng bakuna na kailangan namin talaga na maka kumpleto kami ng vaccination para proteksyon na rin sa amin mga empleyado at sa aming pamilya. Patuloy pa rin namin ginagawa ang safety at health protocols sa amin department na naka facemask, face shield, physical distancing at ang proper hygiene sa katawan, may dala laging alcohol/sanitizer at every time sa pagpasok namin ay mag check kami ng temperature sa thermal scanner at siyempre kailangan rin namin ang multi-vitamins,” ani sales lady.
