SM Foundation provides relief to flood-affected families in Isabela

Responding to the devastation brought by Severe Tropical Storm Kristine, SM Supermalls and SM Foundation Inc. activated its Operation Tulong Express (OPTE) initiatives, providing relief and support to affected communities.

Employee volunteers from SM City Cauayan led the distribution of “Kalinga Packs” in Cauayan City, Santiago City, and Ilagan City. The team aims to reach more communities and provide relief to about 1,400 families.

To further support the community, SM City Cauayan has extended its services by offering free overnight parking for stranded individuals, as well as free WiFi and phone charging stations. Meanwhile, donations are also accepted at the “Operation Tulong Express” booth in the mall wherein mallgoers may share their extras for those in need.
