We take pride that with these activities, we remain true to our goal,”
“The legacy of the late Mr. Antolin V. Paule or also known as SM’s Kamagong, continues on as he left us with the words of Courtesy, Professionalism, and Respect. With these, we will not falter in being one of the safest malls, if not the safest mall across the nation,”
Sa panayam ng local media kay City Director Lonogan, “Napakahalaga talaga nitong Joint Security Inspection, dito natin makikita kung handa ba talaga itong mga guards natin na bantayan ang mall, mall goers, bantayan ang mga tenants ng mall, natutuwa ako na nagkaroon ng ganito to see to it na ready talaga sila well equipped, and well trained na mag provide ng security .
“With the recent bombings in Mindanao, ito ang iniiwasan natin na may mangyari rin dito sa siyudad ng Baguio though alam ko naman through our monitoring ay kailangan lalong paigtingin yun vigilance nila sa mga pumapasok dito, makikita niyo na medyo naging istrikto na sila lalo na sa pag check ng mga sasakyan, pagpasok ng mga tao dito sa mall natin,”
“Panawagan ko lang sa mga security agencies natin kayo ang force multipliers namin na PNP na maging courteous in dealing with our customers and always be vigilant,”ani Lonogan.
Ayon naman kay Head Security Almus J. Alabe, ,”Ang aming kumpanya SM Supermalls ay nakikipagtulungan sa ating mga kasamahan na nagpo-provide ng security and safety ng ating malls, sa ating community, not only the LGU but most especially yun ating kapulisan and other law enforcement agencies na nagtutulungan to ensure na ang safety and security ng ating mga customers ay palaging primary na binibigyan ng emphasis, as you would know dito sa SM Baguio araw-araw napakaraming tao pumupunta that’s why very important ang safety and security, on a regular day we more or less about 130 thousand people coming over to shop and dine and visit SM Baguio, lalo na pag weekends halos dumodoble yun foot traffic 220 thousand pumupunta dito and our mall is one of the several malls ng SM Group na bukas the whole year round, hindi tayo nagsasara because of the nature of the operation dahil sa ito ay Baguio City,”
“Nakikita niyo ang programa ng SM on a security and also on preparedness ay talagang napakaimportante nakikita natin we enjoin all our frontliners to really work together, nagpapasalamat kami sa tulong at suporta ng PNP, LGU and other law enforcement agencies,” pagtatapos ni Alabe.
“Number one palagi sa ating mission in providing maximum security sa ating mga mall goers, customers, sa ating pamilya sa ating kababayan sa komunidad ay wherein nariyan ang ating SM Supermalls,”
Samantala, nabigyan rin ng pagkakataon maparangalan ang ilang security guard at utility worker na kung saan ay nakagawa ng kabutihan sa kostumers at bilang katapatan sa kanilang trabaho ay ginawaran sila ng parangal at kinilala bilang honest guard and utility worker.
