SALAMAT KAPATID: PRO CORDILLERA HONORS THREE RETIRING POLICE OFFICERS
In appreciation for their commitment and long years of police service, the Police Regional Office Cordillera honored three retiring personnel through the PNP Retirement Honors Ceremony, known as the “Salamat Kapatid Program” held at the Multi-purpose Center Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet, on September 22, 2023.
PRO Cordillera Regional Director, Officer-in-Charge, PBGEN PATRICK JOSEPH ALLAN and the Deputy Regional Director for Operation, PCOL RONALD V GAYO, presented the Medalya ng Paglilingkod (PNP SERVICE MEDAL) and Plaque of Appreciation to the three retiring cops.
The honorees for the ceremony were PCOL DAVY VICENTE LIMMONG of Ifugao Police Provincial Office (PPO), PLT MAURICE LIGTINEN of Baguio City Police Office, and PEMS Carmelo Tadeo of Abra PPO.
Certificates of recognition were also given to the families of the retirees as an expression of appreciation for their unending support, selfless love, and sacrifices for the retiring cops.
During the program, PBGEN ALLAN extended his gratitude and respect to the three retirees for their noble, unwavering dedication and immeasurable commitment to the police service.
Representing the retirees, PCOL LIMMONG delivered his valedictory message, thanking the PNP and PRO Cordillera for honing them to become honorable members of the organization and acknowledging his family and colleagues for their unwavering support throughout his career in the police service.
