RMFB 15 and INHS signed the MOU for “Project Kalinga”

The Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15 (RMFB15) has forged a partnership with the Irisan National High School (INHS) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that was held in Purok 3, Brgy. Irisan, Baguio City, on October 5, 2023.

For the Police Regional Office Cordillera (PRO Cordillera), the MOA was signed by PLTCOL RUEL D TAGEL, the Officer-in-Charge of RMFB 15, while Mr. Jeffrey F. Aliga, the School Principal, signed for the INHS.

The signing of the MOA was witnessed by PLT ALLEN KIM D GULLAYAN and PLT JUNNIFER P PAGGUI, the Team Leaders of Project Kalinga; Mr. Ariel L. Mayocyoc, the Brigada Eskwela Coordinator; and Mr. Roy Y. Garcia, the Citizenship Training Program Coordinator.

Under the signed agreement, the RMFB15 “Project Kalinga ” was organized to immerse in the community, focusing on the student sectors, to empower the youth by creating and developing harmonious interaction and collaboration for them to prevent the involvement of any criminal activities.
