RETIRED WORN OUT FLAGS
The City Government of Baguio held a retirement ceremony of worn-out Philippine flags on May 29, 2023, at the Baguio City Hall grounds. The ceremony was led by Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan, members of the city council, and the Girl Scouts of the Philippines Baguio.
The procedure is in accordance with Section 14 of Republic Act 8491 also known as the Heraldic Code of the Philippines. Photos by Neil Clark Ongchangco
