PROCOR welcomes new Benguet PPO Provincial Director

CAMP MAJOR BADO DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet – The new Benguet Provincial Director assumed office during the Turn-over of Command Ceremony presided by PROCOR Regional Director PBGEN R’WIN S PAGKALINAWAN held at the Masigasig Grandstand in Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on February 19, 2021.

Former Benguet Police Provincial Office (PPO) Provincial Director PCOL ELMER RAGAY relinquished his command to PCOL REYNALDO PASIWEN.

As the outgoing Provincial Director, PCOL RAGAY was awarded with Medalya ng Kasanayan (PNP Efficiency Medal) for his eminently meritorious leadership as the Provincial Director of Benguet PPO from October 31, 2019 to February 19, 2021.

In his relinquishment of command message, PCOL RAGAY thanked the PROCOR leadership for the trust and confidence given to him to be the leader of Benguet PPO. He also stated that the men and women of Benguet PPO will be in good hands as he expressed his trust and support to the incoming Provincial Director that according to him is an able, worthy, and skilled leader.

PCOL REYNALDO PASIWEN, who was previously the Chief of the Regional Intelligence Division, assumed office as the new Provincial Director of Benguet PPO.

In his assumption of command message, PCOL PASIWEN expressed his gratitude to the PROCOR leadership for the trust given to him to be the next Provincial Director. He also asked for the unconditional support of men and women of Benguet PPO. “Let us work together as a team to build a stronger Benguet PPO.” (PROCOR RPIO)
