PROCOR WEEKLONG ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUGS OPS YIELDS 3 DRUG PERSONALITIES
As PROCOR cops continue to intensify their anti-illegal drugs campaign, three (3) drug personalities were arrested and a total of Php 118,580.00 worth of illegal drugs were confiscated in a weeklong drug-op conducted from June 4–10, 2023.
Citing the records from the PROCOR’s Regional Operations Division (ROD), a total of 6.85 grams of shabu with an overall Standard Drug Price (SDP) of Php 46,580.00 were confiscated from suspects identified as Clemente A. Dumalegan, 40; Johny A. Lanna, 38; and Arnel A. Dulagan, 39.
All arrested suspects are now facing charges of violating the R.A. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Also, in a separate anti-illegal drug operation, one (1) marijuana plantation site was discovered in the province of Benguet, where the operatives of the Benguet PPO were able to discover 360 pieces of fully grown marijuana plants (FGMJP) with a standard drug price (SDP) of Php 72, 000.00.
All discovered marijuana plants were uprooted and burned on-site by the operatives, and investigations are ongoing to identify possible cultivators of the said marijuana plantation sites. (PROCOR-PIO /File Photos)
