PROCOR RD PEREDO JR. graces the opening of  the Sportsfest of the Officers Ladies Club (OLC)

PROCOR Regional Director, PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR., graced the Opening Ceremony of PROCOR Officers’ Ladies Club (OLC) Sportsfest 2023 held at the PROCOR Multi-Purpose gymnasium in Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet, on June 17, 2023.

The said activity was organized by the PRO COR OLC headed by the President, Lady Arlene Olsim, and participated in by the officers and members of the OLC from the Regional Headquarters (RHQ), Regional Support Units (RSUs), different Police Provincial Offices (PPOs), and the Baguio City Police Office (CPO).

In his message, PBGEN PEREDO JR. emphasized the importance of Sportsfest, as it provides an opportunity for the participants to engage in friendly competition, come out from their busy schedule and unwind, meet and greet fellows and enjoy a range of sports and recreational activities as a way of improving their health.

As the highlight of the program, PBGEN PEREDO JR. led the Ceremonial Toss to officially start the game. After this, the participants engaged in a series of lined-up sports activities.

After the game proper, the PRO COR OLC Adviser, Lady Grace Peredo, facilitated the induction of the elected officers of the different Police Provincial Offices (PPOs) and City Police Office (CPO) OLCs,  followed by the awarding of cash gifts to the winners.

The event aims to promote camaraderie, teamwork, and physical fitness among the members of the club. (PRO COR-PIO /File Photos)
