PROCOR ICT Chief promoted to Police Colonel

The Chief of the Regional Information and Communication Technology Management Division (RICTMD), PCOL JESSELITO L CASTRO, formally took his oath as Police Colonel during the Oath-taking & Donning of Ranks Ceremony at Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on February 7, 2022.

During the ceremony, PCOL FRANCISCO B BULWAYAN, JR., the Chief of Regional Personnel Records and Management Division (RPRMD), read the promotion order then PBGEN RONALD OLIVER LEE, PROCOR Regional Director, administered the oath-taking and donning of ranks of PCOL CASTRO

In his message, PCOL CASTRO reminisced his time when he first arrived in PROCOR and how it positively affected his career.

Further, he expressed his profound gratitude to PROCOR Regional Director, PBGEN LEE, for being the best upperclassman and a mentor. He also expressed his gratitude to the regional command group.

As a newly promoted officer, PCOL CASTRO added that his promotion will ensure him to continue doing his best to the service of the people, a cliché line but has the truest meaning of public service.

PBGEN LEE lauded the promoted officer and his family.

“You really proved that Great things come to those who are willing to work hard and sacrifice to the service of the public, I expect that your promotion will motivate you more in giving selfless service that we are mandated to render”, PBGEN LEE said. (PROCOR-PIO)
