PROCOR Chief Investigator promoted to higher rank

PCOL RANDOLPH B BENIAT, the Chief of the Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division (RIDMD) formally took his oath as a full-fledged Police Colonel in a simple ceremony held at Camp Major Bado Dangwa on February 7, 2022.
PCOL FRANCISCO B BULWAYAN, JR., the Chief of the Regional Personnel Records and Management Division (RPRMD) read the promotion order of PCOL RANDOLPH B BENIAT. Afterward, PBGEN RONALD OLIVER LEE, PROCOR Regional Director, administered the oath-taking and donning of ranks.
In his message, PCOL BENIAT expressed his gratitude to the members of the command group, and all the people behind his success most especially his wife, who is patient and understanding of the nature of his work as a public servant.
PCOL BENIAT also mentioned that as third-level personnel he will diligently work to the best of his ability to be of service to his kailians in the Cordillera.
“With this promotion comes a commitment to the PNP and the Country,” PCOL BENIAT said.
PBGEN LEE congratulated the promoted officer and his family. Also, he encouraged all the personnel to continue exerting effort to be promoted.
