PRO Cordillera RD PEREDO JR. led the ocular inspection
With the anticipated influx of visitors during the holiday, PRO Cordillera Regional Director, PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR, conducted an ocular inspection in bus terminals in the City of Baguio on November 1, 2023.
PBGEN PEREDO JR, together with the Chief of the Regional Public Information Office, PLTCOL CAROLINA F LACUATA, conducted an ocular inspection at the Governor Pack Road Bus Terminal and Victory Liner in PNR Compound.
During the inspection, PBGEN PEREDO JR checked the readiness of the personnel deployed at the different Police Assistance Desks (PADs) and reminded them to be knowledgeable about the different tourist spots, hotels, and restaurants in the city since tourists are also expected to visit the city during the long holiday celebration.
Also, he inspected the bus terminal’s facilities, assessed the security protocols being implemented and their overall adherence to traffic regulations, and guaranteed the well-being of passengers and the public.
Further, the Regional Director had a short discussion with the terminal management personnel and staff regarding security concerns and thanked them for cooperating with police officers to ensure the safety of the travelers. (PRO CORDILLERA-PIO /File Photos)
