PRO COR WELCOMES THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF TESDA-CAR

The PROCOR Deputy Regional Director for Administration (DRDA), PBGEN PATRICK JOSEPH G ALLAN led the men and women of the Police Regional Office Cordillera (PRO COR) in welcoming Atty. Balmyrson M. Valdez, the Regional Director of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)-CAR, during his visit to Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet, on July 10, 2023.

As the Guest of Honor and Speaker of the Distinguished Visitor’s Program, Director Valdez was received by PCOL MARVIN DIPLAT, the Chief of the Regional Learning and Doctrine Development Division (RLDDD), and was accorded a traditional welcome dance performed by the men and women of PRO COR.

As a highlight of the program, PBGEN ALLAN, and Director Valdez led the awarding of PNP Medals to eight (8) deserving police officers of the Police Regional Office Cordillera.

In his message, Director Valdez lauded and expressed his admiration for the bravery and integrity of the men and women of the Police Regional Office Cordillera, which greatly contributed to the high trust and confidence of the Cordilleran people in the policemen of the region.

“TESDA appreciates the dedication of the men and women of PROCOR by providing safety and security as we deliver our programs and services to our countrymen. Thus, on behalf of TESDA-CAR, I would like to personally thank PROCOR for the assistance and support you have given during the implementation of the programs of TESDA in the far-flung areas of the Cordillera; Without your assistance, TESDA will not be able to get the coveted highest approval rating and trust rating for the two quarters of 2023, Director Valdez added.
