PRO COR RD PEREDO JR sympathized with the bereaved family

PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR., PROCOR Regional Director, visited the wake of a 16- year-old boy who died during the onslaught of Super Typhoon Egay at the La Paz Funeral Homes, Naguilian Road, Baguio City, on July 27, 2023.

PBGEN PEREDO JR. extended his condolences and offered prayers for the bereaved family. He also gave financial assistance to the victim’s father.

According to the report submitted by Marcos Highway Police Station 10 (PS10), they immediately deployed personnel to help in the search and rescue mission in Bakakeng Central, Baguio City, after receiving a call regarding a landslide that trapped a family of three (3) on July 26, 2023.

The search and rescue team was able to rescue the parents of the minor; however, their 16-year-old son, who was found unconscious, was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. (PRO COR – PIO / File Photos)
