PRO COR RD PEREDO JR attended the DOJ Capacity Development Program

PRO Cordillera Regional Director, PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO JR., is currently attending the Department of Justice (DOJ) Capacity Development Program being conducted at the Royce Hotel, Clark Freeport, Mabalacat, Pampanga, today, August 25, 2023.

PBGEN PEREDO JR. is accompanied by the members of the Quad Staff, the Chief of the Regional Legal Office, the Chief of the Regional Forensic Unit-Cordillera, Provincial Directors from the different Police Provincial Offices (PPO) in PRO Cordillera, the City Director of Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), and other PRO Cordillera Key Officers.

Also present were PBGEN JOHN CHUA, the Regional Director of Police Regional Office-1 (PRO1), PBGEN CRISTOPHER BIRUNG, the Acting Regional Director of Police Regional Office-2 (PRO2), PBGEN JOSE HIDALGO JR., the Regional Director of Police Regional Office-3 (PRO3) and other key PNP key Officers from PRO1, PRO2 and PRO3.

Expected topics to be discussed during the training are updates on Criminal Justice Reform Programs, Case Build-Up, and a Question and Answer and Open Forum Session.

The DOJ and the PNP have set up a training program to bridge the gap between the prosecutors and law enforcers in the country, which aims to improve case build-up or evidence-gathering capability for cases that are worthy of filing in court. (PRO CORDILLERA-PIO / File Photos)
