PRO COR AWARDED 8 POLICE OFFICERS WITH MEDALYA NG KASANAYAN

Eight (8) police officers from the different units of the Police Regional Office Cordillera (PRO COR) were awarded the Medalya ng Kasanayan (PNP Efficiency Medal) for their notable accomplishments during the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at Masigasig Grandstand, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet, on July 10, 2023.

As the guest of honor and speaker, Atty. Balmyrson M. Valdez, the Regional Director of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority Cordillera Administrative Region (TESDA-CAR), and PBGEN PATRICK JOSEPH G ALLAN, the Deputy Regional Director for Administration (DRDA), led the awarding of medals to the deserving police officers.

Medalya ng Kasanayan was awarded to PLTCOL FERDINAND N OYDOC, Officer-in-Charge of the Regional Head Support Unit (RHSU); PSMS Davis Pinkihan; PSSg Fernando Pagaduan; and Pat Benlyn Kaye Langbay of the Regional Learning and Doctrine Development Division (RLDDD) for their significant contribution to the administrative trust of PRO COR that resulted in the ranking of RLDDD, PRO COR, as No. 1 in the Directorate for Human Resource Doctrine and Development Division, Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) for the months of February, March, and May of the Calendar Year 2023.

The same award was presented to PCPT DOMINGO SARIO and PSSg Nico Budikey of the Regional Explosive Canine Unit (RECU-COR) for their invaluable service rendered as instructors during the conduct of two classes of the Police Explosive Reconnaissance Course: Class 2023-006 in the Abra Police Provincial Office and Class 2023-008 in the Baguio City Police Office (CPO).

Also, recipients of the same award were PMSg Retardo Abannag and PMSg Patrick Culbongan, Jr., of Baguio CPO, for being the instructors during the conduct of Basic Internal Security Operations Course (BISOC) Class 2023-005 at Philex Mining Corporation in Ampucao, Itogon, Benguet.

Meanwhile, a Certificate of Recognition was presented to the Regional Comptrollership Division (RCD) for being adjudged the cleanest office of the week July 3–7, 2023. This was received by PCOL ROLAND SACYAT, the Chief RCD. (PRO COR-PIO / File Photos)
