As a backgrounder, PBGEN LEE and PBGEN LUDAN initiated the construction of the comfort room with the help of the police officers of the Kalinga Police Provincial Office.

The project was conceptualized as the result of their consultation with the community and backed with the data from the health officials that the area is lacking public comfort rooms.

The project was started on September 10, 2021 and was adopted under the “Adopt-a-Community” Program of PMA TANGLAW-DIWA CLASS of 1992. (PROCOR-PIO)
