PASCHR proceeds with Upcoming Journals with a New Editorial Board

The Philippine Association for the Study of Culture, History, and Religion (PASCHR) has published journals since its inception in 2014.  The decade-old organization has announced some exciting changes with the PASCHR Journal which significantly enhance its ability to serve the members and advance its objectives.

PASCHR proudly introduced the new editorial board, which will be in charge of shaping the content and direction of the Journal. According to the communication from the PASCHR president, “Our combined expertise and dedication to excellence promise to bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to our Journal.”

Taking the helm of the PASCHR Journal, the main editor is Dr. Mark Iñigo Tallara of De La Salle University, also the PASCHR president and Dr. Felicidad Pereña from the University of Santo Tomas, PASCHR vice president and founding Editor of the Journal. To their aid, the managing editor is Atty. Robert John Doñesa of the Baliwag Polytechnic College is also the PASCHR treasurer.

Moreover, the assistant editors of the PASCHR Journal are as follows: Dr. Randy Nobleza of Marinduque State University also the PASCHR secretary-general; Dr. Bernabe Mijares Jr. from Bohol Island State University is the assistant PASCHR SecGen and Ms. Ma. Nena Vital of the Catanduanes State University, the PASCHR information officer.

PASCHR President also added, “We are confident that our new editorial board will elevate the quality and relevance of our Journal, ensuring that we continue to deliver impact content to the academic community.”

The current editorial board is now on the pre-production of Volumes 6 and 7. To date, PASCHR has published five issues previously since 2018. The organization recently marked its 10 years of existence last February 2024 with an international conference. There would also be a special commemorative book for PASCHR 10.  (PR)
