Panagbenga 2023 Interfaith Opening Prayer.
For Catholic Prayer led by Rev. Fr. Berlynden Dao-Anis and followed by Atty. Mauricio G. Domogan – Board of Trustee of the Baguio Flower Festival Foundation, Inc. (BFFFI) performed the Uggayam traditional vocal music that expresses the sentiments and thoughts regarding the occasions of the 27th year of the Baguio Flower Festival or Panagbenga delivered the message to be more successful the activity for the whole month of the festival this February and also to protect us in COVID-19.
With the presence of City Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong, with his wife Arlene, Vice-Mayor Faustino Olowan, Congressman Mark Go and his wife Sol together with the city councilors Betty Lourdes Tabanda, Benny Bomogao, Vladimir Cayabas, Lilia Fariñas, Arthur Allad-iw also the DOT-CAR Regional Director Jovy Ganongan and City Administrator Engr. Bonifacio Dela Peña and the newly appointed SOCOB chairman Anthony De Leon, SOCOB President Art Tibaldo, past presidents Dona Digna Salvador Rosario, Marlene Baltazar De Castro, PIA-CAR Regional Director Helen Tibaldo, and Ricky Balicdang Ducas during the opening day parade and ceremonies provisional program of Panagbenga 2023 held at Panagbenga Park – South Drive, Wednesday morning, February 1, 2023.
