PANAGBENGA 2023 FLUVIAL FLOAT WINNERS.

After the twelve floats with colorful different flowers were paraded around Burnham Lake, Baguio City witnessed by hundreds of spectators and the judges declared the winners at that time on February 19, 2023.

(Top photo from l-r) Obtained by entry no. 5 “Idianale World” was the 1st place winner with a prize of P20,000 and the 2nd place winner went to entry no. 11 “Pontoon Masquerade” with a prize of P15,000 and the 3rd place winner will go to entry no. 2 “Alamat ng Ibong Adarna” with a prize of P10,000.

Aloysius “Alec” Mapalo.
