The Cordilleran take of the Giant Paella was showcased at Melvin Jones Grandstand, Baguio City on May 30, 2024, as a culminating activity for the Farmers’ and Fisherfolk’s Month celebration. Theme: “Preserving Heritage, Capturing Values” The event pays tribute to the farmers and fisherfolk in the Cordillera Region by using local ingredients such as heirloom rice, Kiniing, and pinuneg that are only found in the provinces in the Cordillera Region.
