OUTSTANDING PUBLIC LIBRARIAN AWARD

Mayor Benjamin Magalong awarded City Librarian Ms. Easter Wahayna Pablo a certificate of commendation with city council members for bringing honor and distinction to the City as a recipient of the Outstanding Public Librarian Award by the Association of Librarians in Public Sector Inc.

Ms. Pablo was recognized for her outstanding leadership which resulted in improved community participation in the various activities spearheaded by the Baguio City Public Library.
