OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT

(Top photo) Ms. Easter Wahayna – Pablo RL, was commended by the city government of Baguio in recognition of her outstanding achievement in being elected as Vice President of the Association of Librarians in Public Sector (ALPS), Inc. during the 4th National Convention and General Assembly of the organization last December 8, 2022.

She was awarded a certificate of commendation by Mayor Benjamin Magalong alongside Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan and members of the city council.

(Below photo) The City Public Library was commended by the city government of Baguio and received a certificate of commendation for successfully completing its submission of January to December Library Monthly Reports for the Fiscal year 2022. Their submission led to easing and simplifying the process of data collection of the National Library of the Philippines in generating the progress of all public libraries in the entire country during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the Baguio city hall grounds.  Photos by Neil Clark Ongchangco
