Out of School minor caught selling illegal drugs
In Baguio City, a minor was caught in a buy-bust operation after he sold two sachets of suspected shabu to the police operative who acted as poseur-buyer.
Based on the report of Abanao Police Station (PS7), the minor is a 17-year old boy living in Quezon Hill, Baguio City.
Confiscated during the operation are two heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with a total estimated weight of 0.5 grams and DDB value of Php 3,400.00 which he sold to the police operative.
Also recovered from the actual possession of the minor is the buy-bust money and boodle money used in the operation.
Marking and inventory of the pieces of evidence recovered was conducted on-site in the presence of Pros. Oliver Isabelo Prudencio, PB Arthur Carlos of Irisan Barangay and Mr. Charles Niko Limon of Bombo Radyo.
The minor suspect is now under the custody of Abanao Police Station (PS7) while coordination with the DSWD is being conducted.
A case for violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 is being prepared against the minor suspect. (PROCOR RPIO)
