ON-THE-SPOT PAINTING COMPETITION CHAMPION

Mac Daryll P. Malto of the University of the Philippines Baguio won first place in the 2023 National Higher Education Day On-The-Spot Painting Competition held at the Manila Metropolitan Theater, Ermita, Manila from July 31 to August 1, 2023. Mr. Malto’s entry “Lipad ng Eroplanong Papel” is a visual representation of his own family’s pursuit of educational goals.
