On the ERRONEOUS and MALICIOUS pronouncements of the BCDA that “on January 11, 2025, Domogan verbally abused staff of the new management group and insisted on special accommodations.”

HERE IS THE TRUTH:

“I never shouted or acted rudely toward anybody. I never asked for special treatment. What actually happened was this: I went to the front desk to get my ticket, and they asked me what my tee time was. I told them 6:30 am with Danny Han and two other Koreans. They checked what was on record and told me that my name did not appear under Danny Han and the other two Koreans despite the fact that I was the one who told Danny Han to arrange/reserve the 6: 30 am tee time for us.

I then called Danny Han who answered that they were waiting for me and were already at Hole No. 1. My name was inadevertently forgotten to be included in the reservation. I told the staff at the front desk, and they issued my ticket, and I was able to join them.

I do not blame those in the front desk for they are new and may not be conversant with the rules. In such situations, they can call the starter to clarify and then issue a ticket to play with the flight of Danny Han. Just the same, the starter will not allow me to play if the flight of Danny Han has 4 players. More than 4 in a flight is not allowed and on Saturdays, 1 or 2 players in a flight are not allowed to play. To emphasize, those at the front desk have no control over the flights, it is the starter who enforces these rules.

I never disregard rules. More than anybody else, I know the rules. I have been the Chairman of the Committee on Rules for a long time now,” ###
