We are saddened by the issuance of a Permanent Cease and Desist Order by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which allegedly stems from the selling of securities by Casa Infini Builders.

We emphasize our stance that Casa Infi Builders is solely involved in the real estate business and not in the sale of securities. It is also important to clarify that a cease and desist order does not signify the

closure of the company. Casa Infini Builders reaffirms its status as a duly licensed real estate company and continues to remain open for business.

While our legal team is currently working on the appeal of the SEC’s decision, we commit to fully cooperate with the regulatory authorities to address any concerns.
