OCULAR INSPECTION

Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong, together with department heads of the Baguio City government, representatives from the Baguio Water District (BWD) and the Tuba municipal government, conduct an ocular inspection at the Mount Sto. Tomas rain catchment basin to validate reports that the water level of the same had significantly dropped to an alarming level and the alleged encroachments of vegetable gardens that pose a threat to the potability of the water coming from the said basin.  Photos by Neil Clark Ongchangco
