OATH-TAKING AND TURNOVER CEREMONY

Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet – (June 29, 2022) – The oath-taking and turn-over ceremony of the elected provincial officials of Benguet was held at the Benguet Sports Complex, Wangal, La Trinidad last June 29, 2022.

The oath-taking of Governor Dr. Melchor D. Diclas with his family was administered by Hon. Marietta S. Brawner-Cauling, Executive Judge RTC – Benguet.

Re-elected Provincial Governor Melchor Diclas – with his noble aim of scaling greater heights towards the attainment of the province’s vision, “Benguet: a haven for sustainable communities,” Governor Melchor D. Diclas continues to pursue his main thrust: “H.E.A.L.T.H.I.E.R. Benguet” which focuses on Health, Education, Agriculture, Livelihood, Tourism, Human Resource, Infrastructure, Environment, and Responsive Governance, all for the attainment of the desired development in the Province of Benguet.

The incoming Provincial Vice-Governor Ericson “Tagel” L. Felipe was administered by Governor Diclas.

The outgoing Provincial Vice-Governor Johhny D. Waguis turn over the gavel to incoming Vice-Governor “Tagel” Felipe.

The 11th Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Benguet also took their oath with their respective family member (from left to right in a sequence) the incoming SP Member Hon. Marie Rose Tirso Fongwan-Kepes from District II hail from Puguis, La Trinidad was administered by Executive Judge Marietta Brawner-Cauling; Incoming SP member Hon. Johannes Abubo Amuasen from District I and hails from Ampucao, Itogon administered by Exec. Judge Marietta Branwer-Cauling; Second term SP member Hon. Alexander T. Fianza from District I, hail from Poblacion, Itogon administered by Exec. Judge Brawner-Cauling; 3rd and last term SP Member Hon. Florencio V. Bentrez from District I hail from Poblacion, Tuba administered by Gov Diclas; 3rd and last term SP Member Hon. Fernando M. Balaodan Sr. from District II hail from Kayapa, Bakun, Benguet administered by Pro. Benedict K. Pataras; 3rd and last term SP Member Hon. Roberto K. Canuto from District II hail from Labueg, Kapangan, Benguet administered by Gov. Diclas; 3rd and last term SP Member Hon. Juan Molintas Nazarro Jr. from District I hail from Adaoay, Kapangan administered by Gov. Diclas; 3rd and last term SP Member Hon. Ruben Eque Paoad from District II hail from Caponga, Tublay, Benguet administered by Pros. Benedict Pataras; Incoming SP Member Hon. Joel Belino Tingbaoen Jr. from District II hail from Balili, La Trinidad, Benguet administered by Exec. Judge Brawner-Cauling; and lastly the incoming SP Member Hon. Neptali Bacuso Camsol from District II hail from Abatan, Buguias, Benguet administered by Governor Diclas.

It was given the opportunity also the hand-over of the Book on Parliamentary Procedures from the outgoing 10th Sangguniang Panlalawigan members
