BAGUIO CITY – Last December 3, Hawker Chan opened at the Upper Ground Level, Sunset Terraces, SM City Baguio. More reason to celebrate the holiday as 100 customers were given the chance to win a One-Year worth of the World’s Cheapest Michelin-starred Meal, Soya Sauce Chicken Rice, simply with a purchase of any menu item.

Hawker Chan, the acclaimed Singaporean street-food chain was awarded One-Michelin Star for its Soya Chicken recipe. While, Take-Out Counter is still ever present for those looking for a quick grab and go. Hawker Chan uses premium and freshest ingredients to prepare each dish cook-to-order, keeping the taste consistency and food quality.

The menu selection features Michelin-starred Soya Sauce Chicken – marinated for hours to achieve its signature flavor and tenderness together with Roast Duck, Poached (Hainanese) Chicken, Char Siew, Roasted Pork and Beef Brisket which can be enjoyed with your choice of steamed rice, fragrant rice, noodle or flat noodle.

Other must-try Singaporean favorites are the spicy Laksa, stir-fry Char Kway Teow (aka Singaporean Noodles) with Chinese sausages, eggs and vegetables embodying a unique smoky flavor, Dumplings, Buchi to sweet icy treats such as Chendol and Ice Kachang (Singaporean Halo-Halo version) for desserts.
