MEDIA FOR SPORTS DEVELOPMENT.

A group of local sports journalists composed of Roderick Osis, Jordan Tablac of Bombo Radyo, Miguelito Velarde, Aldwin Quitasol, and Pigeon Lobien launched the “Media for Sports Development Awards” on February 22, 2022, at the Baguio Athletic Bowl. The first batch of MSD’s best for 2021 consists of 21 Athletes, 2 political leaders, and 2 artists. The Media for Sports Development starts work to support Baguio’s sports program as fortified with the passage of the Comprehensive Sports Code last year and with various projects at the sports facility that will expectedly propel Baguio on the sports map.   Photo by Neil Clark Ongchangco
