MCGI Grand Fiesta ng Dios and Brethren Day celebrated in Baguio City

BAGUIO CITY – (March 20, 2025) Members from Church of God International (MCGI) Region 1 and 2 joyfully celebrated it’s first-quarter Grand Fiesta ng Dios and Brethren Day at the Baguio Athletic Bowl.

Attended by participants from District Region 1 & 2: Benguet, Pangasinan, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, Apayao, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur Abra, La Union, Cagayan, Batanes, Nueva Vizcaya, Isabela and Quirino,

Attendees enjoyed a parade, where they displayed their local delicacies for free. Various complimentary services were also offered, such as free medical services, haircuts, and the turnover of assistive devices.

Mayor Benjamin Magalong attended the significant occasion delivered a message of support and thanked all brethren, especially Brother Daniel Razon.

“Ang proyekto ng MCGI ay napapaloob sa Memorandum of Agreement na pinirmahan namin ng MCGI, Baguio City Police Office at ng local government of Baguio noong nakaraang taon, nakasaad na ang lungsod ay susuportahan lahat ng mga aktibidades ng MCGI lalo na ang medical mission na dati na nila ginagawa. Tuwing taon ay nagkakaroon ng 24 medical mission ng MCGI napakalaki ng pakinabang ng siyudad ng baguio, lalo na sa mga senior citizen at mga pwd na natutulungan ng MCGI kaya ako ay taos pusong nagpapasalamat sa Dios, at ang napakahalaga sa lahat ay natuto na ako magsalita ng Salamat sa Dios dahil sa MCGI.

Tulad ng pag uusap namin ni Brother Daniel malaki ang naitutulong niya sa akin lalong-lalo na sa aking pakikibaka na laban sa korupsiyon na nangyayari sa ating bansa dahil ito ay nakakasira sa ating mga moral values, patuloy ang suporta ko sa MCGI sa kanilang naibibigay na pagkalinga sa mga kapuspalad at may mga kapansanan,” Mayor Magalong concluded.

Also with the presence of Councilor Arthur Allad-iw to support the PWD’s and councilor Atty. Betty Lourdes Tabanda.

The Assistive Devices graces to the recipients: (10) Nebulizer, (10) Cane Single, (10) Cane Quadra, and (10) units Wheelchair.

The Medical Mission Statistics Reported: The Registered Patient in Medical Consultation is 166, Pediatric Consultation – 34, Dental Consultation – 70, Optical Consultation – 176, Legal – 13

The Rendered Services for Medical Adult Consultation are 144, Pediatric Consultation is 31, Optical Consultation with Free Reading eyeglasses is 174, Dental Extraction is 31, Dental Check-up is 9, Oral Prophylaxis is 11, Dental Restoration is 2, CBG is 46, Legal is 13, and medicine Recipients are 267.

The total number of beneficiaries recorded is 728

Five (5) recipient for Hiling ng Kapatid or Wish Granting and 500 recipients for Free Store which is organized by MCGI.
