MarSU expands Environmental Studies with Education for Sustainable Development, Transformative and Green Education

Boac, Marinduque – The Marinduque State University College of Environmental Studies (MarSU CES) spearheaded an orientation and workshop about the Sustainable Development Goals. Initiated by the MarSU CES Dean Dr. Evangeline Mandia along with the faculty members and students, this was a follow-up to last year’s Code Red for the Environmental.

The Palawan State University Graduate School faculty Asst. Prof. Maricel Elorde leveled off with the CES faculty and students about Education for Sustainable Development towards transformative and green education at the Marinduque State University main audio-visual room with the hashtag “MarSUCES4SDG.”

The MarSU CES faculty and students were grouped into the SDGs 1-17: poverty, hunger, health, education, water, gender, energy, economics, innovation, reduced inequalities, sustainable cities, responsible consumption, climate action, life on water, land, peace, and partnerships.

The said event was highlighted by the selection of localized SDGs ambassadors which the proceedings would be presented during the first week of December. The best practice of localization initiatives for you and alignment of impact ranking and times higher for faculty would be devoted during the next activity. # Randy T. Nobleza
