“To tell you frankly, I am psychologically abused by my husband, alam natin everyone experiences mental health conditions differently. It can be helpful to share some concrete examples of your symptoms with your partner, so they can understand your experience of the condition,”
“So, with that I suffer depression, yun ang nangyari sa akin, ang ginawa ko with regards to that na hindi pagkakaintindihan, dapat sa mag-asawa ay ayusin ng tama at dapat nag uusap sila, may communication , kasi kung hindi kayo nag uusap at walang communication talagang hindi maaayos at hindi mareresolba kung anuman yun problemang inyong pinagdadaanan, may kasabihan tayo na “communication is the key in order for us to solve, be problems that we may encounter in life,” Ms. Dingcog concluded. ### Mario Oclaman //FNS
