Maintain a strong partnership between the PNP and the LGU of Kabayan for Peace and Order and Public Safety—PRO-CAR RD PEREDO JR.

The PRO-CAR Regional Director, PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR, joins the municipality of Kabayan in the commemoration of the 124th Anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service Commission (CSC) in a simple program coinciding with the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held in Brgy Poblacion, Kabayan, Benguet on September 2, 2024.

The event began with the flag-raising ceremony, where PBGEN PEREDO, JR, alongside the Retired OCD-CAR Director, Sir Andrew Alex H. Uy; the municipal officials and employees of Kabayan led by the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Florante B. Bantales, Jr; and the personnel of Kabayan Municipal Police Station; proudly raised the Philippine flag, symbolizing unity and dedication to the nation.

Following this, PBGEN PEREDO, JR delivered his inspirational message, echoing the significance of the civil servant’s role in the country’s development. He expressed his deep appreciation for their relentless efforts and sacrifices, especially during challenging times, and urged everyone to continue upholding the values that the Civil Service Commission stands for.

The Regional Director also highlighted the importance of the strong partnership between the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the local government unit of Kabayan in maintaining peace, order, and public safety.
