MADzaya sa Isla this April, CCP returns to conduct Outreach in Marinduque
BOAC, Marinduque – The Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) brings the Philippine Madrigal Singers, featuring the Nightingales, and MEn (Male Ensemble Philippines). In collaboration with the Kaisa sa Sining (KSS) Regional Arts Center in the province, Marinduque State College with the Provincial Government of Marinduque and Diocese of Boac proudly present a once-in-a-lifetime concert of the MADZ.
CCP returns to Marinduque with MADzaya sa Isla, a series of outreach concerts in some of the most captivating islands in the country with MADz company of artists. Marinduque hosts the kick-off site this April 26 to 29. CCP outreach would run until June this year at Bantayan Island, Masbate, and Siargao.
The MADz will have a concert on April 27, Saturday at 6:30 pm at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Boac, Marinduque. Then there would be a workshop for music and choir aficionados the following day at the MSC gymnasium. This is possible with generous sponsors and patrons, Dream Favor Travel and Tours, Good Chow, Rejano’s Bakeshop, Boac Hotel, and Sweet Tooth.
MSC Siklab Society announced in their social media, “Wonderful news! Come enjoy an exciting vocal workshop with us! Develop your performance abilities and realize your full vocal potential. This workshop is your ticket to becoming a great musician, whether it be through technique mastery or stylistic exploration.”
