CAUAYAN CITY, Isabela (Apr. 18, 2024) – The first-ever Philippine branch of Machida Shoten ramen restaurant located at Level 2, Building C of SM City Cauayan is now officially open. Food enthusiasts can now enjoy the dynamic gourmet experience through the wide variety of Japanese foods offered here.
Machida Shoten offers Yokohama-Style Ramen, including the world’s famous Yokohama Tonkotsu Ramen, Spicy Miso Ramen, Vegetable Champon Ramen, and Tsukemen.
In addition to their signature ramen, they also serve Japanese Style Gyoza, rice bowls and appetizers such as Juicy Chicken Karaage, Osaka Takoyaki, and Edame.
Adding to the dining experience is the design of the kitchen wherein customers can watch how the chef prepares the food.
During the soft opening on Apr. 17, personalities from local media, mall officers, and several representatives from the City Government Office were given the privilege to be the first to dine. When the Manager asked for food reviews, one of the media personalities said that the Lemon-Dou drink complements the rich taste of the Yokohama Tonkotsu Ramen. On the other hand, one of the officials from the City Government said that the Takoyaki is full of flavor, and it suits his Filipino tongue.
