Baguio City – (November 4, 2022) – Blessing and ribbon cutting were held and led by the four partners Carry and Abby Tumangan, Noel and Colleen Manalastas here owning this branch of the newly installed Kumori Japanese Bakery & Café located at Lower Ground Sunset Terraces, SM City Baguio.

“We have bestsellers here in terms of pastries are Hanjuku Cheese and Signature Cheese Tart and in terms of bread, it would be a Melon Pan.

According to Archie Gavino the Operation Head, Kumori SM Baguio is in charge of the operation of the outlet bakeshop and dine-in and also in charge of development for crew members.

“We have a manager in-house, chef baker in-house, bakers and front of the house these are the whole entity of the store.

“Majority of our breads are baked freshly every day since daily lang talaga ang pag bake natin at kung meron man leftover ay ito ay ibibigay natin sa iba’t-ibang institusyon na mga tulong and it will be given to poor children and also sold to our own crew members kung gusto nila at ito ay sa murang halaga na lang.

“This Christmas we will have a project  starting November 15, a project of give a gift to one child, pwede tayo mag iwan ng gift natin under the Christmas tree and then on December 25 yun mga batang mapapadaan ay mabibigyan natin ng isang regalo coming from the community, “ Gavino concluded.
