KALINGA PPO WELCOMES NEW TOP COP

PCOL FREDDIE MONTES LAZONA officially assumed his post as the Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of the Kalinga Police Provincial Office (PPO) following the turn-over of command ceremony held at Camp Capt. Juan M Duyan, Bulanao Tabuk City, Kalinga, on August 10, 2023.

PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO JR, the Regional Director of PRO Cordillera, administered the turnover ceremony of the office of the incoming OIC, PCOL LAZONA, and the outgoing Provincial Director, PCOL CHARLES LOGAO DOMALLIG.

As highlights of the ceremony, PCOL ARNOLD D RAZOTE, Chief of the Regional Personnel and Records Management Division (RPRMD), read the termination order of PCOL DOMALLIG as the outgoing Provincial Director of Kalinga PPO and the designation order of PCOL LAZONA as the incoming OIC.

Also present during the event were Hon. James S. Edduba, the Governor of Kalinga, other Local Government Unit officials of Kalinga, other PRO Cordillera key personnel, and personnel of Kalinga PPO

In his assumption of office message, PCOL LAZONA expressed his gratitude to the PNP leadership, who entrusted him with the responsibility and asked for the full support and cooperation of the men and women of Kalinga PPO cops under his command. He also introduced his three main focus agendas: the FML, which stands for Fair and Just; Morale and Welfare of Personnel; Loyalty and Love of Our Work. These are in line with the 5-focused agenda of the C, PNP, and DKP three-fold agenda of the Regional Director.

Meanwhile, PBGEN PEREDO JR. thanked PCOL DOMALLIG for his hard work, dedication, and great contribution to the development of peace and order in the province, congratulated the new Provincial Director, PCOL LAZONA, and expressed his confidence in his leadership skills that he will sustain and continue the accomplishments of his predecessors.
