Jail officer Dapidap is Miss BJMP-CAR

The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Cordillera conducted the Search for Miss BJMP-CAR last June 3.

Jail Officer 1 Liezel Q. Dapidap topped the pageant and will represent the region in the national search for Miss BJMP which will be held during the BJMP National Anniversary celebration in July in Malolos, Bulacan.

Dapidap bested four other candidates  JOs1 Loida B. Licang, Frauline T. Giwao, Yvonne B. Matias and Allyson Gail C. Samonte.

She copped three of the four special awards during the contest — Best in BJMP-GOA Uniform; Best in Sports Wear and Best in Casual Wear.

Candidate Samonte took the Best in Talent  award.

The criteria for judging were:  Best in BJMP-GOA Uniform – 20 percent; Best in Talent  — 20 percent; Best in Sportswear – 20 percent; Best in Casual Wear  — 20 percent; Question and Answer – 20 percent. – Aileen P. Refuerzo
