INSIDERS NOTES ON ELECTIONS LAWS

Atty. Elenita Julia A. Tabangin-Capuyan, CESE launched her first book entitled “Insider’s Notes on Election Laws” on December 7, 2022 at Luisa’s Cafe. The said cafe contains in depth information on election related laws including the guide of filing the Statement of Contributions and Expenditures of candidates. The book caters to aspiring candidates, students and others who wish to learn about election laws.
