Changropen ended his report with an appeal for the citizenry to assist in identifying drug personalities: peddlers, pushers and users. Continuous intelligence gathering and negation operations are being done on suspicious and illegal drug-related activities in workplaces, schools and barangays, he said.

In relation to this, a coordinated drug rehabilitation center agreement between La Trinidad and Baguio City is being worked out. A site has been identified, it was known.

A faith-based rehabilitation body in coordination with civic-social and government organizations have always assisted in drug usersโ€™ rehabilitation, monitoring and after care.

The City Peace and Order Council is an organized body, mandated to take on duties and responsibilities to enhance peace and order.
