High-Value drug personality busted in PROCOR’S buy-bust operations
Another drug personality listed as a High-Value Individual (HVI) was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Kalinga on September 28, 2022.
According to the report submitted to PROCOR Regional Director, PBGEN MAFELINO A BAZAR, the arrested suspect was identified as Rolando A Yag-ao, 32.
Suspect Yag-ao was arrested by joint operatives of Kalinga PPO and Regional PNP Drug Enforcement Unit (RPDEU) after he sold eight (8) bricks of Marijuana Dried leaves and stalks with fruiting tops weighing more or less 15,000 grams with a standard drug price (SDP) of Php 1,800,000.00 to an operative who acted as a poseur buyer.
Inventory of the pieces of evidence recovered was conducted on-site in the presence of the arrested suspect and witnessed by Ms. Marilou Cariño, DOJ representative; Janet Alagao, media representative; and Kagawad Rene Wandagan of Brgy. Agbannawag, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
The suspect and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit of Kalinga PPO for documentation and proper disposition while charges for violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspect.
